Upon room reservation, our guests will accept the hotel's internal regulations. In the case of phone reservations, the conditions will be accepted upon arrival at the hotel.

1. Room Reservation

All reservations are made in writing, by phone, or through the website: www.conaculdomnesc.ro ; Payment is made at the time of reservation (according to the proforma invoice) via credit card or bank transfer within 48 hours of the reservation. After payment confirmation, an advance invoice will be issued.

2. Room Check-in and Check-out

Room check-in: Rooms are available from 2:00 PM (if you arrive before 2:00 PM and your room is available, you can occupy it).

Room check-out: Until 12:00 PM. After check-out, the rooms will be inspected. Damages or missing items discovered after departure will be the financial responsibility of the guest.

Late check-out: Until 4:00 PM, a late check-out fee of 100 lei will be charged. After 4:00 PM, 100% of the current room rate per night will be charged.

3. Reservation/Cancellation Policy

Modification, partial or total cancellation of the ordered services will result in penalties based on the time interval of the cancellation in relation to the expected arrival date of the guests.

If the guest requests a reduction in the length of stay during the hotel stay, the paid amount will not be refunded or compensated with other services.

The hotel reserves the right to authorize the provided credit card as a guarantee before or upon arrival. Authorization is not considered payment!

Blocking the deposit on the card can only be done with the written consent of the client.

4. Our hotel accepts the following payment methods:

Cash: Lei.

Credit cards: VISA, Mastercard, AmericanExpress.

Holiday vouchers: Edenred, Sodexo, UpRomania.

Payment for direct or online reservations will be made in Lei. If you use a Euro card, we will convert the payment directly into Lei at the current exchange rate of the National Bank of Romania. All invoices will be issued in Lei.

In the case of advance payment, the services are considered reserved once your payment reaches our account. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that billing is done between 08:00 AM and 11:00 PM. For departures before 08:00 AM or after 11:00 PM, please request the invoice from the reception one day prior to departure.

5. Pets

We do not allow pets in our rooms.

Entry into the Conacul Domnesc restaurant with pets is prohibited.

6. Behavior at Conacul Domnesc Hotel

Please respect public tranquility and do not disturb the comfort of other guests, especially after quiet hours (10:00 PM).

Entering the hotel restaurant in swimwear is prohibited.

The use of utilities in the rooms and the hotel beyond their designated areas is prohibited.

The hotel facilities must be used appropriately.

Damages or losses caused will be the financial responsibility of the perpetrator or their legal representative.

Smoking is not allowed in the rooms of Conacul Domnesc Hotel.

Please respect the no-smoking rule in the rooms. There are designated smoking areas within our premises that you can use. In case of smoking in prohibited areas, a penalty/fine of 500 lei will be added to your bill. Towels and robes are provided for your use in the SPA center, which you can find in your room. Towels and robes can also be rented at the SPA center. If you use the robe from your room in the SPA center, please return it to your room.

7. Safety

Multiple video surveillance cameras operate within the Conacul Domnesc Tourist Complex.

The rooms are not equipped with a safe. Please hand over any valuables to the reception to be stored in the safe. We cannot guarantee the safety of items left in the room.

Always lock the doors when leaving the rooms.

If you find any forgotten belongings, please hand them over to the reception.

When leaving the hotel, we suggest leaving your card at the reception. In case of card loss, an additional fee of 50 lei will apply.

Storing flammable, toxic, or explosive materials in the room is prohibited.

Please do not use an espresso machine or iron in the room. If you have clothes that need ironing, please request this service at the reception.

If you notice any defects in the room's equipment, please report them to the reception.

8. Parking Space

Our hotel has a parking lot reserved for our hotel guests, which you can use freely.

9. Breakfast

Breakfast is included in the hotel accommodation price and can be enjoyed at the restaurant within the Complex between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM. On weekends, it is served from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM. Please do not take the breakfast food to your room; any attempt to steal will be fined 50 lei.

Beverages and food purchased outside the hotel can only be consumed in the room while taking care of the room utilities. Damages caused will be charged upon departure.

The introduction of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages into the public areas of the Complex, other than those sold within the venue, is not allowed and will be penalized.

10. Children's Accommodation

Children aged 0-3 years benefit from free accommodation.

From 3 to 14 years old, an extra bed is charged at 60 lei/night.

The extra bed is not intended for adults.
